I'm a queer, holistic therapist with a side of neurospicy. I help clients navigate people-pleasing, overdoing, and overthinking.

I offer Brainspotting to help clients process trauma, grief, and emotional overwhelm by accessing the brain–body connection. This gentle, focused approach supports deeper healing and increased self-awareness. Together, I believe meaningful change is possible.

I help new parents navigate the postpartum period (birth to 2 years) by increasing self-compassion and providing solutions for the overwhelmed parent. Together, I believe you can become the parent you’ve been wanting to be.

I help children of emotionally immature parents learn to reduce overwhelm and create stronger connections with themselves and others.

I offer holistic alternative modalities, including Reiki, Tarot/Oracle, and crystal-based practices, to support connection, grounding, and personal insight. These tools are offered with care and intention and are always client-led.
